To help prospective customers view T&L as a larger player in the label market, we updated their website to a more customer friendly experience and added a quoting system, expanded information about capabilities in the vertical markets they serve and customer testimonials which attest to their exceptional customer service.

Content Writing

With the company’s website redesign, we added a blog to the website, and have been producing two blog posts per month and
promoting them to T&L’s social media channels and via a monthly e-newsletter.

Collateral Design and Development

We produced an eGuide, “How to Create the Perfect Label”, and launched a multi-channel campaign to drive prospective buyers to download it, which included direct mail, email campaigns and social media components. T&L received a 4.8% response to this campaign.

Dynex is the world’s leading producer of high pressure hydraulics for moderate and high flows. They are used in some of the world’s most demanding applications, such as oil and gas, mining, construction/heavy lifting and tunneling.

  • An extensive FAQ list that answers common customer questions.
